Stayed at the hotel with wife and twins aged 3 and had only one complaint; the breafast area was too small. The room was a typical Hampton Inn room and offered us what we required. The pool area was ideal for the wee ones. The shopping was ideal for the wife. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for one night. The sheets on my bed had holes in them. My comforter was stained. I woke up with bug bites. The bathroom had mold. The water running through the pipes and air conditioning were so loud it felt like a 747 was landing in my room. I was so uncomfortable at this place that I did not even fall asleep until after 4 am. I thought about checking out at midnight but figured it was only for one night and I would survive.

The lobby is nice and the older gentleman who worked the breakfast room was delightful. Even the woman who checked me in was nice. Those are the positives.

Hampton Inns are usually a great place to stay. I cannot recommend this place based on my room accommodations. Won't be back.

Rooms were much nicer than photos on Trip Advisor website,. NB The Hamptons now have the new bed linens (suggest you take a look at main Hampton website.
It may be mainly a business persons hotel, however we found this ideal, as it is nice and quiet, no "rowdies" and no noise at night.
Location is good for the shopping Outlet Mall of course.
Our trip was unplanned (due to family illness) and we needed to be in this area, so we are so glad we walked into this hotel lobby and could not have found a better hotel in the circumstances, it proved ideal, we were very well looked after, especially by the wonderful gentleman . ROGER on breakfast . He always had a welcome smile and could not do enough for us. (MANAGEMENT take note) a very valuble member of staff. He sets you up for the day!
All of the staff were really nice with only one or two exceptions and they know who they are.
Would definately stay here again if visiting the area.

Nice enough, but nothing special. Did have good rates and I was able to get a room with a jacuzzi in it. Nest to the outlet mall for all you shoppers out there. There was no gym at the hotel however.
