Our room at the beach house was very clean. But everything was very outdated. We were a little dissapointed with our particular room. Our room didn't look like all of the pictures I had looked at. The pool was nice but small and always crowded. There is a nice covered area by the pool and a great view. There is complimentary beach chairs but they are on first come first serve basis and there aren't enough. The elevators are really slow we used the step, of course we were only on the second floor. On the last day our card reader on the door stopped working. Office is not open all night so if you have a problem there is no help except for the security guard. Phone did not work. We did feel safe here and it was really quiet. There is a $108 cleaning fee that we didn't know about until check in.
This was an unexpected expense. For the money its not worth it ($338/night for a two bedroom). You could probably find a nicer hotel for that price. But we got a deal on Orbitz buy one night get one free so it wasnt' too bad. I would stay here again only if I got a really good dicount on the room, otherwise I would look elsewhere.
