I for one am an Irish American sick of kelly green. Why don't you so-called pub owners get it? Ever been to Ireland? Sober? This place is the exact replica of itself. Do we really need two of them on either side of Fort Walton Beach? Or is that what the market research indicated was the best place to trap tourists.
This is an ideal place to get loaded and act ugly. Irish music is limited to 486 renditions of "Danny Boy". For a real Irish pub, try the 4 Corners in Arlington, VA.
We had a party of 12 and were treated very well, service was great, food was exceptional
Awesome everything!!! With or without kids!!! U gotta see their Burger Menu!!!! Everything we have ordered has been good!! They also brew their own root beer..we went there during the day for lunch and at night...Its a very unique place.....just look at all those Dollar bills...I put quite a few there myself!!!! We tried a few of their drinks ..nice and stout!!! GOOD IRISH PUB! A must try!!!
We ate here on our last night in Destin. Tried the burgers which are made out of their steak scraps. They are awsome big juicy burgers. So big, that if you are the girl in the crowd, plan on eating the leftovers for a great breakfast!
Every now and then you run into one of those special dining experiences -- McGuire's is one of them.
Even though the food is excellent, this is not your typical steakhouse. Dollar bills line the ceiling and the decor is intentionally tacky.
The steaks are excellent and a good deal considering the sides that come with them. The ribeye and strip are easily as good as places like Ruth's Chris.
The bread pudding had a rum kick to it for desert.
Service was good. Overall we really enjoyed McGuire's as much as any of the high-end steakhouses.
