“My food was overcooked, but everything else was great.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2014

I think it's funny that the review before mine said the fajitas needed to be cooked more. Someone apparently read that and went a little too far, because my fajitas were overcooked and dried out. Besides that, everything had a good flavor. The atmosphere was good, and the prices were reasonable for Tex-Mex. I do think they are a little stingy with their salsa because they would only bring our table of 6 one cup of it at a time. It may be a local thing, but back at home, everyone usually gets their own bowl of dip. If you're in town and want some Tex-Mex, stop by.

“Good Mexican seafood”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2014

We usually only go to seafood restaurants in Destin but a friend recommended this place so we tried it. Had the shrimp tostada and it was very tasty. My friends had fish tacos (with in season cobia) and they were very happy with them. Pre-meal chips and salsa were good - they offer 2 salsas, a mild green one and a spicy red. Would definitely return to this place. Others report high prices but they didn't strike me as excessive versus other places we frequent in Destin.

“Don't waste your money!!!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 10, 2014 via mobile

We have gone Here every year we come. It has been a few yrs this time and unfortunately it's gone down hill. It now has new owners who have priced everything to high and the quality is just not there. They no longer have the same authentic Mexican food they once had.

“Pretty good”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 31, 2014

It's not the best Mexican food but it's not the worst. The service is about average and so is the food. But, remember, you are in Destin, FL, so it's pretty good all things considered. The place is quite large and can seat large groups which is a plus when on vacation. We have never had to wait and they do take reservations.
