Positives for this hotel are: 1) Good location 2) Takes pets 3) staff are eager to help. We got a reduced rate through my husband's employer. Our mini dachshund was $25 extra per night. We were put in a smoking room because of Labor Day bookings. Room was pretty clean and did not smell like smoke. Everything worked. Had a pair of Yorkies in the room next to us. Someone brought them along and then left them in the room all day--they barked up a storm. If you plan on taking your dog and then leave them in the hotel room all day, either stay home or leave the dogs home. Long halls with lots of rooms--halls were clean and quiet. Room had a microwave, toaster, fridge, stove, sink and small table w/2 chairs. Dishes/utensils were for 2. Small coffee maker on counter. Everything was clean. Bathroom was clean. Clean towels were furnished. You make your own bed, take out your own trash, clean your own dirty dishes, you get the idea. This is extended stay. If you want it done for you, you pay extra. If you want clean linen, you pay extra. Did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so cannot rate. Coffee made in the room was good. Did not swim, so cannot rate. Despite having a pet and smoking room, our room was clean and did not smell. The dog did not go crazy when he smelled the room. He did not try to "mark" everything in the room (good thing). I would recommend this hotel for longer stays, but be advised you'll be doing a lot of things yourself. Ask for a room away from the pets. We were on the third floor. No bugs or creepy stuff in the room at all. Air conditioning worked well. Parking lot was clean. I would recommend this hotel.
