My husband and myself stayed in Unit 309, which is owned by the Shehan's. The reservation was taken care of wonderfully by Becky. We absolutely loved the gulf view, hot tub,and the pool area that was easily seen from our balcony! we had plenty of room and everything was neat and clean. Also, we were in walking distance from the Pompano Joe's restuarant that has great seafood ,live music, and a beautiful view of the aqua blue water and sandy white beaches that Miramar Beach is famous for. You are convenient to any place that you may have to pick up various supplies. It was peaceful at the SummerBreeze and the other tenants that we met were very friendly. We would definitely stay at Unit 309 again!

Besides filth and a sticky mess all over the kitchen the DVD player is broke as is all of the remotes. Sofa is dirty and comes off on your clothes. The pullout smells heavily of urine. White stuff alll over the easy chair. Dining room chairs ripped in several places, the bedroom door broken off it's hinges, the windows and front door are filthy to touch. Looks to not have been cleaned or repaired in awhile. Only two coffee mugs and all of the dishes and silverware were dirty. Several other things broken. Owner in Seattle and knew about it yet did nothing. Other units were nice and clean and a good value. Beware, Ms Nghuen owns several units in other developments such as Sea Oats and Island Echos in Okaloosa and we found later that the reviews were horrible for her there as well

This is a great place to stay and a great price. We stayed in condo 210 and the owner was very nice and helpful. There was no hidden fees or deposits required. The beach is across the street and chairs and an umbrella were included with our rental. The condo was very clean and roomy with a personal balcony towards the ocean. This area was also less crowded than some others nearby. It is a great family place, included a heated pool and hottub. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at 205 Summer Breeze many of times. We enjoy the comfort and cleanliness of the unit and complex. The private balcony with the wonderful view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, pool and hot tub is what I like. Only a few steps to the beach, 2 chairs and 1 umbrella awaits for FREE. I just have to sit and relax!! The public restroom is also nice, across the street on the beach. We will always stay at the condo and you should too.
