Escaping New York for the weekend with the girls we wanted total downtime. Henry House Inn was perfect. Matches it's surroundings so holistically. History, gorgeous rooms, cosy fires to snuggle in front of with the wine, and hosts that really make you feel at home. It is a beautiful old house, well cared for. Beds are a touch on the cosy side but appropriate for the setting. Breakfast was outstanding, far better than any B&B I've been to before. We loved it. Look out for another reservation soon! Hope all was okay through Hurricane Sandy that hit the evening after we had left.
