The location is a TEN !
Gulfstream Manor is right on the Ocean
in North Delray Beach, Florida,
just minutes from Palm Beach Fl .
Gulfstream Manor is small (23 Units)
Nice Pool , good outside Jacuzzi .
The rooms are older, but spacious .
Seperate Bedroom , pullout couch
Full size kitchen , dining table,
and each unit has Washer/Dryer .
This is a Timeshare run by the BlueGreen Co.
Only one vehicle per unit , only 27 parking spaces
A nice quiet place , thou older .
