A visit to House of Siam for dinner begins with the warm welcome.My dinner begins with chicken coconut soup ( Tom Kha Gai) bathes tender pieces of chicken in the creaminess of coconut milk with flovor of galanga. my friend had hot and sour shrimp soup ( Tom Yum Goong) which gives a taste that is sour from lime juice; flavor of lemon grass.He also had Jumbo shrimp basil for dinner. The basil leaves are included for their delicate flavor, and they need very little cooking; House of Siam did a perfect job.I had chicken red curry which is the most popular of all the Thai curries.I went to asked the chef why? Perhaps because it was one of my mother's specialties and my dad was always asking for if; She said. I must admit it's my favorite, too.
