This hotel has everything...rooms with large sitting area, pool and attached spa on roof of second floor, included breakfast (same offerings every morn), 24/7 gallery food you can order, excellent bar (thank you Amy), plentiful parking in and around the premises ($15), gym, and the entire first floor is a common area for guests. The only bad issue I had was the noise factor as the room doors slam unless you gently close them behind you (what happened to consideration of others?). There is a large gap at bottom of room doors so hallway noise is therefore loud. The crazy activity of opening and closing the door for one room every 10 seconds by too many people was very annoying. Yes, you can hear conversations in your room by people in the hallways. I am happy to report that place quieted down at night so you could sleep until 5:30 am when it all started up again. That pet peeve being addressed, I would go back as all the other factors were excellent.
