Absolutely the best Pizza I have ever had outside of Italy! Wow It was just incredible!!
The pizza is cooked directly on a stone surface in a wood burning oven.The crust is perfect. Thin, flavorful, with the perfect crisp to it. I usually eat my pizza and leave the crust. Not today....
They have a wonderful selection to choose from or you can build your own.
We sampled three of them.
The Regina Margherita,with imported fresh bufala mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, light tomato sauce and extra virgin olive oil. It was so fresh and delicious!
The Delray Truffle spread, fresh mozzarella, mushroom, and prosciutto di parma. If your a truffle fan you will die and go to heaven!
The Prosciutto di Parma Fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce, prosciutto di parma, extra virgin olive oil. It had a beautiful slightly sweet red marinara sauce. Thin slice of prosciutto lightly layered. It really is some of the best pizza I have ever tasted.
They has a small, but very nice wine list showcasing Italian wines.
The services was warm and friendly. The atmosphere was clean, inviting, well laid out and very comfortable.
