Small, quaint bistro - right off of Atlantic Avenue. Not a lot of places in the area like this one. There are no menus, order off of the huge chalkboard behind the bar. (yes, there's a small bar- beer/wine). Reading the menu choices, I can tell you it was hard to make a decision. We ended up getting the homemade mozzarella and tomatoes with basil and balsamic - the mozzarella melted in your mouth. Also had the beet & goat cheese salad - it was excellent, and I'm not a huge beet fan - all of the flavors worked together. For dinner, we had the shrimp etouffe -5 huge shrimp over basmati rice, fresh swordfish - the server told us it was local and just came in that day..and lobster ravioli. All excellent dishes. I haven't had a great meal to rave about in a long time. Make a reservation as it is a small place.
