After reading some of the reviews, we decided to give Carolina's a try. The service was swift and the staff was friendly. However the pizza was soggy and undercooked. They only have one size from which to choose and at nearly $20.00 we considered it overpriced. We will not return in the near future, but will try again after they have time to get their act together.

The best restaurant in Delray Beach by far. Not just because that food is great and affordable. But the staff the ambiance, the choice of sitting either indoors or outdoors just adds to the overall experience. From the moment you walk in the front door your greeted as if you were a guest in someone's home. I live about 25 minutes from the restaurant I originally found it by accident, now I go at least 2-3 times a month. Whenever guest come in from out of town, off to Carolina's. We read great reviews of Carolina's and couldn't wait to sample the pizza. The ambiance was pleasant, the service acceptable, but the pizza left a lot to be desired. It was soggy, tasteless and expensive. Very disappointing. We wouldn't recommend it.

As someone who has had pizza all over the world from italy, to chicago, to my home of ny etc. the pizza that I had at Carolina's was amazing. It was perfectly cooked exactly the way brick oven pizza should be. Our server was great and we made that decision before we realized he gave us our desserts on the house. Everything about this establishment was wonderful.
