Service was excellant - prices reasonable - IF ordering pizza - go with the waiters recommendation keep it simple - add too many toppings and it will be soggy. Bread is fantastic
Veal and fish dishes are **** quailty.
Only negative - it can be noisey - (generic for Atlantic Ave dining) Dining on the rear patio eliminates that problem
Reservations are a MUSt even in the off season

I have had the pleasure of dinning at Carolina's 3 times and I have found both the food and the service to be exceptional.
The staff (mostly family members) is warm and outgoing. The kitchen turns out wonderful daily specials, my personal favorite is the three pepper cream sauce with crumbled sausage.
I will be back again and again for the great prices on bottles of wine as well as the unbelivable cheesecake.

This restaurant is the real deal with pizza maker's and chefs from Naples, Italy! Don't expect to find Ravioli Baked with melted cheese here like at the Olive Garden.... The pasta's are fresh and lightly dressed, the way Italians eat their food. The pizza is fantastic, just like in Naples.....but here in Delray Beach, FL. Very thin and a crispy crust, don't over do the toppings, the couple next to us insisted on it and it made the pizza fall apart. Much like putting something heavy on a piece of wet paper... Keep it simple and you will enjoy Italian food the way it should be. I definitely have a new place to go... THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!! Bon Apetito!!

My boyfriend and I thought we'd try this place because the sign spinner was really convincing and had alot of enthusiasm. We were both craving italian food and were really excited. So we ordered a Caesar salad to start which was really good. The bread was good too. The pizza, however, was awful...it was not crispy and the crust was hard. The one good thing about the pizza was that it seemed healthy and not greasy. I ordered ravioli and specifically asked for my ravioli to be baked with cheese. It was not and maybe because there was only one server for the outside area and she had tables inside as well(she also didn't understand the word "baked" due to her english). Both my boyfriend and I agreed that we could make better pizza and raviolis at home. Overall disappointing:(
