This place has absolutely no one in charge! In September our son was married at the Artisan. It was a beautiful sunset wedding.Half way through the reception we were told they were out of Bud Light (my son worked for Budweiser and over half of his guests were Bud employees) that we could go downstairs if we wanted a Bud light. In other words, they were not out of BL, but simply didn't want to be bothered to get more upstairs.Anyway, we were dissappointed in the lack of attention to the Guest (the only reason they all have a job). An over $2000.00 bill!!
More recently, we attempted to have a nice quiet dinner. That did not happen. Our gay waiter was very distracted and told us they had run out of salads. In other words we were not getting a salad with our dinner that evening. When my husband asked if a Manager was on the property, the waiter asked if there was something he could help us with. My husband said,"yes,I'd like to speak with a Manager." The waiter then came back and told us the Manager was too busy to see us.We left and will never return!!!
