“Great food...Bad service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2013

I love their sandwiches but this place never has enough staff to handle the lunch crowd. If you plan on coming here for your lunch break, you will be waiting forever. On one occasion we had lunch here at 1pm and waited for over 30 minutes for 1 sandwich to be made. They only had 1 employee working behind the counter and he was overwhelmed. A second employee showed up to help and they were complaining about their boss the whole time. It is disappointing to see this place go downhill. Awesome food- but very unprofessional. I would recommend getting a take out instead of dining in.

“Great food, poor service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 26, 2012

Been coming here for lunch for about 6 months and the food has been very good, WHEN it's available. Seems like they're always out of something, if it's not their signature NY bread, then it's something else. For example, soup of the day was garlic tomato...but by 1:00 pm they were out of tomato and tried to offer garlic soup instead (really? garlic soup?). Had the greek salad...one day it came with feta, the next time no feta. Feel like a turkey sandwich...sorry, just ran out. The other thing is they always seem swamped even when it's not that busy, as if they're making a sandwich for the first time and aren't sure what exactly what goes on it. They always seem a little confused and frustrated as to who's next in line, who ordered what, etc. When I started going here about 6 months ago I rated it "excellent," but they now appear to be still struggling to get it right. Service and consistency has suffered as a result.

“Best Bread”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2012

If you want to taste the best bread south of NY, get a great home made sub here. If you don't have time to wait for them to custom make your sandwich at least take out a couple of loaves of their bread.Incredible. I give it as gifts. The lousy water in Florida makes it impossible to bake bread this good. It is shipped down from NY. You can't buy bread anywhere in Florida with a hard crust, soft inside and great taste. Much better than Panerra.

“Good Sub”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 9, 2012

Depending on where you are from, it can be difficult to get a good "hoagie"...the sandwiches here are darn close. Bursting with meat, fresh and tasty.....you shouldn't pass it up!
