My husband and I were disappointed when we arrived at this hotel. After coming from a beautiful hotel in Orlando, this place was a letdown. The front desk service was our first clue that all would not be well. There was no "glad to have you stay here" attitude. It was more like " what do you want?".
Our room was OK ( standard cheap motel room). The pool was just OK. We did like the little table outside our door in the courtyard which was well kept!
Also it was convenient to have a continental breakfast even if there was nowhere to sit! The hotel is conveniently located next to the highway so getting around was easy.
We spent most of our days (3) in Fort Lauderdale so we didn't use the pool very often, only at night. The music from the bar was annoying but on the whole most of the people were well behaved....no noise or trouble.
I think with this hotel you get what you pay for......having said that we paid as little in South Beach and got a beautiful hotel!

Little worried after reading reviews, but the room was not bad at all. It was clean when we got there & cleaned daily. I stayed w/ my 3 year old & fiancee - no problems for any of us. It was quiet, didn't hear any noise at night.

It wasn't like the pictures at all, but I'd definitely stay again.

Breakfast was cereals, bagels & donuts.

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures shown whenn booking my trip. The room smelled like stale cigarettes and was very musty. The bathroom was way too small for comfort and to make things worse there were roaches by the sink area. This was a horrible experience and I am advising anyone who is considering staying here please take your business else where.

My experience at the Holiday Park wasn't too terrible, I mean, the place need some serious renovation, but the room was fairly clean. My problem was that there was no hot water so when I went to the front desk to let them know, the so called general manager was there and he was so rude the whole time, I asked to either fix the problem or switch me to another room, apparentely he didn't like the fact that when I went to complaint about this issue there were other guests at the front desk, but I did not make a scene I was very nice about it, but he took me outside and treated me like garbage. I don't know where they found this guy, but he has no manners. The rest of the staff was nice but was overrulled by this caveman.
