My experience at the Holiday Park wasn't too terrible, I mean, the place need some serious renovation, but the room was fairly clean. My problem was that there was no hot water so when I went to the front desk to let them know, the so called general manager was there and he was so rude the whole time, I asked to either fix the problem or switch me to another room, apparentely he didn't like the fact that when I went to complaint about this issue there were other guests at the front desk, but I did not make a scene I was very nice about it, but he took me outside and treated me like garbage. I don't know where they found this guy, but he has no manners. The rest of the staff was nice but was overrulled by this caveman.

I asked for a room safe key the first night and never received one. On the last night of my stay, my room was burglarized.
Other negatives:
1. Roach infesatation
2. Moldy dirty carpet and bedspreads
3. Electricity went out every 20-30 minutes in the first TWO rooms I was assigned.
3. All equipment in the fitness room was broken except the treadmill
4. No hot water or slightly warm water during peak use hours, usually mornings.

We stayed here for one night and it was terrible. The only good thing was the price. Our room smelled really badly of damp and I didn't trust that it was clean. The Dennys was full of weirdos! The bar looked less than enticing. The pool looked like a scene from CSI waiting to happen. Do not stay here!

The room was very dirty. The rug caused my socks to turn black immediately. The water was brown for the first 5 minutes it was on. The water took 15 minutes to become hot enough to have a bath - and that was using pure hot.

Also, the internet rate was $90 even though the posted rate when I walked up was $70. I mentioned that I would like to cancel my reservation (it was still before 2:00 p.m.) and rebook at the lower rate. This was agreed to verbally, and I signed for $70. However, at check-out I was charged the higher price. I was in a rush to make the airport so I could not agrue at the time. My subsequant e-mails were responded to, but it was obvious that they did not even pull up my file when responding - just the normal corporate lines.

The buffet breakfast was o.k - only cereal and bagels, but they seemed fresh enough. They had a small food area but the adjacent room was opened for eating.
