I moved away a few years ago and came into town to visit with some friends. We were headed to the gay club in Daytona down the road from Solar Nights and were told 'before 10 it's free,' yet when we walked in at 9:45 they tried to make us pay. Thats when we headed to Solar Nights which our friend had just told us about. For only 3 dollars we got in (5 less than the other place) and we had the most amazing time ever. I don't know if this is considered a 'gay bar.' however it is very gay friendly to say the least. Forget the slutty gay club - this is a lot more upper class, which is just what we wanted. We didn't try any of the food but the drinks and entertainment were just what we wwere looking for and we had a great time running into all of our old friends. We can't wait until we go back and might just go again next weekend. Congratualtions - you guys know what the sophisticated gay community desires and delivered. I will be back soon enough!
