This is an old hotel that has been remodeled. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were new. The bedding and fixtures also seemed to be upgraded. This property is located just off of I-95 but is a couple miles from the restuarants and the speedway area. There was one restaurant next door that had good food. The building is spread out and if you are unfortunate enough to get a king room near the end of the building you are in for a really long walk. This has got to be the poorest layout of any hotel I have stayed. There was also no directional signs to tell you what room numbers were a certain way so finding the room was a long ordeal. Hopefully this will be one of their upgrades. All in all the hotel was fine and the staff nice but if I am in the area again, I will probably stay at the Hampton Inn beside the raceway and across the street from the mall and lots of restaurants.
