“Perfect get away.. Extended Stay Deluxe Daytona Beach”
My fiance and I are a young couple, who often love a weekend get away. We have stayed in many hotels, but our search of the perfect one is over. Extended Stay Deluxe, Daytona Beach is in the perfect location right in front of the Speedway and the Volusia Mall and within walking distance of anything your could imagine. It is about 2-3 miles from the beach, I would rather be on the beach, but the accomidations and cleaniness is so great that its worth the distance. Ask for Diane or Martha they are both very nice and extremely helpful. The landscape is pretty and well kept, the pool is sunny and shady and very refreshing. But the room is outstanding, hardwood floors and tile, since it is not on the beach you DO NOT have moldy wet salty air or carpet. The kitchen is fully loaded and very clean, the bed is like paradise and the bathroom is spacious. there is free WiFi, a gym, laudry facilities and beagels for breakfast. And the coffee is the best hotel coffee Ive ever had. Overall my fiance and I have had several great experiences and will definately be returning. Check it out and see for yourself. oh yeah and the price is right, not expensive at all. We give it 5 stars. check it out and have a great time we definately did. - happy guest - SM & JP

It is with great pride that we provide clean, comfortable rooms at affordable rates, which is why it was great to read your kind words about the room. However, given the issues you had during your stay, it was with equally great concern that I read the rest of your account. You have the apologies of my entire staff that we were not able to totally satisfy you. I am glad for the opportunity to respond to you in this forum. Given how hard we work to provide our guests with outstanding accommodations, I was troubled to read your remarks about the level of cleanliness in your suite. Please know that we do have strict quality control standards, and that we inspect each room prior to making it available to our guests. In response to your comments, I’ve personally met with our hotel manager and staff in order to investigate your case in more detail. Let me assure you that your experience is certainly not typical, and that we have put in place measures to ensure that the type of stay you had won't be repeated.
