Can't remember the room #, but it was on the 4th floor. The outside was pretty grubby looking. The inside needed painting bad & had not been cleaned very well...very dirty along the baseboard/floor area. The cookware was missing handles, the can opener was rusted, one of the burners on the stove didn't work, the drip pans under the burners were not cleaned properly. We ended up buying paper plates & utensils b/c everything about the room felt dirty. The entire time we were there, they were doing construction in the rooms & pool area. Owner failed to tell us we'd be waking up to the sound of a jack hammer every morning. There was never anyone on staff at the front desk...actually I don't think they even have a staff at all, other than the owner, who serves as a maintenance guy. Don't waste your money on this place! It looked like a run-down motel that was on it's last leg!

We rented a condo from a private owner and the website pictures assured us that the condo was well furnished. The reviews of the property gave us second thoughts, but we spend most of our vacation on the beach and out on the town and decided to make a reservation. Parking is convenient as you can take the elevator from the parking garage to your condo. The elevator is old and slow, but there are only 7 floors. Our condo was clean and well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. The AC was cold, no water pressure/ temperature problems, and it was quiet at night so we slept well. The pool was sparkling clean and the pool deck had plenty of chairs. Great location to walk to shops, restaurants, and bars if you desire to do so. For a couple wanting a basic, no frills oceanfront condo with a balcony and pool, we were quite satisfied.

Room Tip: We stayed on the top floor and rented from private owner

I read reviews and was apprehensive but went anyhow.Arrived and got a free upgrade to an oceanfront room. We stayed in room 303 and it was in excellent condition. they had all items there that we could need(pots, pans, dishes),even surfing boards and fishing poles.Room was very clean and offered a beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was very helpful, stayed two extra days and they kept us in the same room. Older building with slow elevators but they worked fine. Pool and deck were kept immaculate! All for 46.00 a night!! No bugs of any sort.Nice restaurant on the premises for morning and lunch meals.

My husband and I were prebooked to this establishment by a travel agent. Anyway ,upon our arrival we looked at the room and immediately chose not to stay. It was dirty, doors and window broken and most importantly not a safe place. This was the worst excuse for a hotel I have ever seen.

We stayed here during Biketober Fest and the room was a pleasant surprise. I had read the reviews here and still took a chance. The rooms were nice and clean, The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. The view was the best part about it! The other reviews said that it smelled there, I didn't come across any fowl smell...the service was friendly. I know all the rooms are owned by private party's but the room we had was GREAT!

Biketoberfest "09. What a nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly. Had a problem with our reservation which was booked through Hotels.com. The assistant manager found and corrected the mistake in minutes, and offered us an upgrade, no extra charge. We will try to go back next year. Clean room. Always fresh towels each day. Great view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach from the pool. Covered parking for both van and bike. Nice to have a restaurant on site. Good breakfast each morning. Talked to others who come back year after year.

I traveled to Daytona on a spur of a moment trip with my teenage daughter and her friend. We did not have a reservation but it was the nly hotel with rooms being that it was Spring Break and I didn't know that. Checked in during a time when alot of construction was going on adn still thought the price was too high but we were 24 hours away from home and needed someplace to stay. It was an old room that needed alot of updates but I would return again just because we didn't spend a lot of time in the room so what we used for worked for us. I am looking to book 5 rooms and bring my family there and enjoy the 2nd night free special...
