We stayed at the Aku Tiki this past week. All of the employees we encountered from the maids to the restaurant workers were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the free breakfast was good(eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, etc). Free happy hour in the evening with $5 baskets of appetizers was also a good deal. Can't beat the view! IHOP, grocery store, and mini-golf within walking distance. We would stay there again.

I found the rooms to be large in size and very clean. Enjoyed the pool and the sitting area. In the morning they have cookies in the lobby and a descent free breakfast. The breakfast menu is the same every day. They offer free cocktails in the restaurant which was enjoyable. The location is perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful with information concerning the area. I would stay here again.

My stay at the Best Western Plus was highlighted by the cleanliness of the rooms. The overall experience was fantastic- from the friendliness of the staff, to the location, to the value of bang for your buck. But all-in-all- I wanted to let the TripAdvisor community know that if you are looking for a pristine and clean venue to stay, this is the place to be!

A group of us took a weekend trip to Daytona Beach and had the best experience at the Best Western Plus Aku Tiki Inn. The staff was so polite. Our room was clean and homey. And the pool/beach area was outstanding. Sun bathing by the huge pool with music playing and bubbles blowing in the air from a fan that the bartender controlled made the afternoon. Thanks to all of the employees for making our vacation getaway so enjoyable. We will be back soon..
