My hubby and I stayed at the Dream Inn in
Aug. 06 for 4 nites. I had stayed at this property
before but it had been several years ago.
We found the room spotless and very nicely
appointed.The bed was very comfy(this
is very important to us)

The grounds were in great condition.
The pool was very clean and we
really enjoyed all the lounge chairs and
palapas in the pool area. The pool area
overlooks the beach.

This property is small and does not
have a restaurant or lounge but that
is no problem for us as we like to go
out for meals on vacation.

The room had a refrigerator, microwave
and coffeemaker. We purchased snacks
and drinks and just relaxed and really
enjoyed ourselves.

The staff was helpful with any request and
took care of requests very very quickly.
I am a travel agent and can be hard to please
but if you want a small intimate clean property
with great service this is a gem.

I picked this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews and it is the only time I have ever been disappointed. Though it is small and on the beach, it is next to a car access ramp. I never saw anyone cleaning or sweeping the pool area and everything is shabby, in need of paint and replacement. The pool is tiny!!!!! The room was what you would call barely adequate. The kitchenette is very small and has only a few items. The coffee packet that they furnish is enough for one cup! The bathroom had peeling paint, dead bugs on the ceiling and a showerhead that looked antidiluvian and nearly blew you out of the tub. I can't believe they charged us $149 a night for this $49 a night place AND demanded half the money ahead of check-in and half at check-in. That's because they know you'll check out the next day if you can! Even if you wanted to check out it would be difficult because the front desk isn't manned much of the time. I thought I was getting a small, boutique hotel and instead got a dump. It was a terrific let-down. The owners either need to completely reinnovate or sell-it to let a chain tear it down and rebuild.

My husband and I stayed at the Dream Inn June 4th thru June 7th, 2006 and loved the motel. The rooms are very clean and the staff is wonderful. We loved the small, intimate feel of the motel next to other giant impersonal hotels. The grounds were beautifully done and we felt like we were in a tropical retreat. We look forward to staying there again as soon as we can.
