“Amazing!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 10, 2013

We travelled along the coast and stopped for one night in the Coquina Inn which was a luck shot!!
Very nice and tidy rooms! Furthermore, quite a familiar atmosphere and a very very friendly owner;)
As a highlight we enjoyed the spa (which is in the garden) in the late evening and got served a special 3 courses breakfast menue. This one was very delicious!!
All in all, just perfect - in case we go again to Daytona beach, we will definitely stay in the Coquinna inn again!

Back for a 2nd visit following our fantastic 1st experience back in February. Stayed in the "Jasmine" room this time around... once again, a wonderful weekend of comfort and fabulous food with personalized attention to detail. Arrival pleasantly handled by Rhonda; departure by Steve - innkeepers extraordinaire! Breakfast... delightfully delectable!

Room Tip: Stayed in the "Hibiscus" in February and the "Jasmine" this time around - can...

Our first ever bed & breakfast experience and we're forever spoiled! Innkeepers Steve & Rhonda along with their dog Godiva made us feel welcome and at home. Conveniently located, comfy & cozy. Perfect ambience with the delicious fresh breakfasts served hot from the kitchen (by "chief bottle washer" Steve). Can't wait for a return visit.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Hibiscus to take advantage of the outdoor porch/patio in the cooler weather. Looki...

I stayed in the guest house that is separate from the main house. We were allowed to bring our doggy with a small fee, and it was obvious the owners were dog lovers. They made breakfast in the morning and equipped the rooms with goody bags each night. I will definitely stay here again.

We booked this property based on the reviews, location, charm but first and foremost because like the owners we are dog people! We were not disappointed. Right from the welcome tour, turndown, fantastic breakfasts and great chats with Steve giving us super advice on what to see and do in Daytona and area choosing the Coquina Inn made our holiday great. The Hibiscus room was cozy and comfortable, breakfasts were delicious and filling, the location was easy to find, quiet and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed strolling through the neighbourhood seeing all the different houses in the area. Steve's recommendations on restaurants (the Cellar is awesome!) and sites (the Ponce De Leon lighthouse is great) was spot on. When our travels bring us back to Daytona, we'll be sure to stay again. Thanks so much Steve and Godiva, we loved meeting you and hope you had a great Christmas. Adam and Pam

Since we had a long weekend at a dog show nearby, a pet friendly hotel was urgent! The Coquina Inn is a Bed & Breakfast, with a hot tub in the gazebo, extremely clean, gorgeous small, but workable rooms, one with an ample balcony off to the side. We had a 100 lb Bernese Mountain dog puppy and the two of us and his large crate were fine. Breakfast is a 5 course extravaganza and the best cup of coffee I have had in a long time. Steve and Rhonda are the proprietors and couldn't have been more accommodating - always with a smile. Had chocolate covered strawberries the last night instead of Godiva chocolates!! Eight strawberries to be exact!! What a place - check it out!! BTW, AMPLE PARKING!!

Room Tip: It is about six minutes from the beach so in that fact, kids would be ok!!
