“January Get Away”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2013

Staff was very friendly, facility and room was very clean. Nice location, directly on the beach. This was a quiet time of the year to be at this location. Sea Club is located just south of Daytona Beach on A1A and close to nice restaurants.

Room Tip: Staff takes pride in keeping the building, grounds and amenities very clean.

Everyone of the staff that I've met appears that he/she wants to be helpful. They are always courteous and want to help to make the stay here pleasant. The room were very clean and well supplied with Kleenex, paper towels and salt and paper. Items that many places don't furnish. There aren't many rooms so you quite often get to meet new friends.

There are several types units. All rooms have a full kitchen, balcony and are ocean front. Rooms vary from studios (sleep 4), studio plus 1 bedroom and 1 bath (sleep 6) and studio plus 1 bedroom and 2 baths (sleep 6). Add beds are queen size. Good size pool and a kiddie pool.

Room Tip: There are several types units. All rooms have a full kitchen, balcony and are ocean front. Rooms var...

We were at Sea Club IV for a ten day period this year. We are owners for one week, and wanted to rent a few extra days for personal reasons needing to stay in the Central Florida area. This is an excellent resort to relax and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach. Clientele visiting are also very pleasant family type atmosphere, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Having a full kitchen is a plus for us, as we prefer many times to prepare our own food versus eating out. There are gas grills on site (two) as well, and two coin-operated on-site laundry rooms for those who desire to freshen up the wardrobe. There are restaurants and small beverage and 7-11 type stores within walking distance, as well as souvenir shops. The beach in the area of Daytona Beach Shores is not quite as busy for the vehicular traffic which is allowed on the beach, and we prefer this as well. Five minute drive to full service grocery store or several seafood restaurants "Down Under" the bridge; fifteen minute drive to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and fish camp type dining. Fifteen minute drive to Port Orange Pavilion for state of the art theatre and town center mall. So many things to do; so little time. On site pool, shuffleboard and corn hole games come with the unit for first come, first served; plenty of walking on the beach and several vendors are available on the beach for rental of chaise lounge chairs, surfboards, boogie boards, and umbrellas. Walk a ways farther, and you will even locate a food truck on the beach for oceanside dining for lunch type items! When in the downstairs unit we have used, we were approximately twenty steps to the pool, and forty steps to the beach! We loved it, and have been going here for many years! Can't wait for next year! Possibly we will see you there!

Room Tip: All rooms are oceanfront! Not a bad room in the house! There are several different sizes of rooms...

We were here for 2 weeks on a time share exchange. It is a small older property that has been well maintained. There are no planned activities for children. WONDERFUL location on the beach. Common areas are well maintained and clean. We were in 2 different units during our stay - positive experience in both. Kitchen was well equipped with new pans and every utensil you would need. Fresh towels were provided whenever you want them. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Units are clean, nicely furnished. Can't say enough about the great staff. Will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Room Tip: No restaurant on site but tons of good, excellent ones in immediate area, many which can be walked t...

This is an excellent hotel to relax and enjoy the world famous beach. We had been coming back to this hotel for the past 20 yrs. The hotel is conveniently located to all shopping and food stores. Although, most good restaurants are 15-20 minutes driving distance. The hotel pool may be a bit small for lapping, but it' OK for cooling off or splash after a swim in the ocean.

Beautiful yet quiet resort on a gorgeous beach. Staff are very friendly and room are spotless. Located directly on the beach. All rooms are ocean front and the resort has a beautiful pool and deck. Been going here for years and love it.

My husband and I spent a week at Sea Club IV, room 500. Great view from a large living room area and also very large bedroom! Perfect balcony to watch sun come up as you enjoy coffee or relax any time of day. The entire complex was very clean and comfortable. The entire staff was
extremely pleasant and helpful. Would love to return and would recommend to couples, families or single!

Room Tip: I believe all rooms face ocean and have balcony, which is great. Our room 500 was corner suite and...
