We absolutely fell in love with The Shoreline vacation spot the minute we stepped on the grounds, and our enthusiasm never diminished. Enjoyable, lovely, and tons of fun. The cottages are cozy and well kept; the grounds are beautiful. Thank you for a most wonderful 5 days. We have already booked for next year -- that's how great it is!!

We stayed at the Shoreline Inn on June 2-June 9th, 2004. Wonderful experience!!! We checked in late at night, our key was waiting for us as promised. We checked into a regular room as planned and then moved to the penthouse the next day. We have two teenage daughters and the penthouse was perfect. We had stayed in the big high rise hotel last summer, and wanted to experience the "old" atmosphere. The Shoreline is an older establishment, but the service was very friendly and helpful. We loved that our daughters could come and go to the room without being in our constant sight. The week we were there it was totally family friendly. You can go from the deck of the pool area right onto the beach. If you do go, I would recommend the penthouse. It is upstairs, but the view is lovely and it is very spacious. I was concern about the drive-on beach, however, the area we were in was not much of an issue. Yes, it is drive-on, but toward the Shoreline it is not as busy and it is very monitored. They have rental business to rent 4-wheels or golf carts. Also, to rent body boards. Not to expensive. Lots of fun. Hope this helps others. We did enjoy it very much.

We stayed at Shoreline Inn/Cabana Colony Cottages for the first time last week. We stayed in an oceanfront cottage and it was ideal! We had two big windows that faced the ocean. We could eat breakfast at our table and watch the waves crash on the ocean!!

Outside of our cottage we had two very comfortable lounge chairs. This was GREAT to have when we wanted to be alone and not be at the pool area. We loved our privacy.

We didn't know what to expect, but what we got was exceptional!! The front desk staff was very delightful and the morning pastries and fresh fruit was a plus. Also, they have VCR's in the cottages and complimentary movies in the office. Something you don't get at other places!!

On a scale of 1-10.....we give them 10+. We will defintely be returning for many years to come!!
