I've been going here since 87, probably a few months after it opened, and I don't think the place has changed a bit. It just kind of works, in a timeless sort of way. The girls are always hot, and just breathing the air in the place is enough to clog your arteries.
Food, it's Hooters, you don't go for the food. Although, I tried the broiled fish sandwich years back and it was actually quite good. I think I once had a pretty good salad too. But, nobody goes to Hooters for fish and salads. I shudder to think what Chef Ramsay would say about the wings, but I can't get through a year without having them at least once.
The place can get a little jammed during race and bike weeks. Other times you can generally walk right in and get a table.
If you're in town do stop by.
