If you don't need to stay on the beach this hotel is just perfect. Was there for a week of work. Very clean, good service, completely wireless. Nice pool/hot tub area, small gym, laundry all well kept. Breakfast and dinner served (just had breakfast, very good). Cookies at the front desk every night. Just a delight all around.

What a wonderful hotel! It was absolutely the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. The room was beautiful and extremely quiet- there was almost no external noise heard. The staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. They offer the best breakfast buffet we've ever seen and at a price you would expect at a Denny's. There was a chef who would cook your eggs/omelettes to order and there was anything imaginable you could think of in addition. Computers are available for guests to use and the hotel is conveniently located near the Speedway, Airport, Volusia Mall, and many restaurants. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Well worth a few extra bucks.

My son and I travelled to the hilton garden inn from the uk for a 15 day light aircraft flying trip out of ormond beach. I chose this hotel after searching the internet for weeks to find an acceptable place to stay. But what we got was more than just acceptable...... It was fantastic! After having a 3 hour drive and arriving late at the hotel (i rang and notified them on the way) the hotel staff at reception were fast, efficient, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Then more excellence from the room..... It was very clean with a large tv, comfortable beds a large floor space and bathroom all in very good condition. After a good nights sleep we thought we'd try out the breakfast and again not a problem. The menu of the hotel restaurant had enough on it to keep us happy the whole trip! (sundays its closed) We tried nearly everything on the menu which was very well cooked and presented (the gulf grouper was my personal favorite) This hotel is a must if you want to stay in the daytona area.... We stayed at this hotel one night during the week. We chose this hotel over many others in the area because they boasted room service and restaurant on site. The rate was normal for a Hilton ($115.00 for the night) but the service was not! The room was tiny and the bathroom not clean. We called for room service about 6PM and was told it would take about an hour. About 2 hours later they called and said they were not doing room service any longer, we would have to come downstairs. We did. We went to the hostess and she sat us and gave us menus. The dining room was semi-crowded. A waitress came by and gave us water, she never came back. No one took our order. No one would talk to us. Two and a half hours later (no lie) we finally went back to our room. It was a stormy night and we did not want to take the kids out that late. So we waited till morning to eat. We explained what happened to front desk manager, and that person shrugged it off. The dirty bathroom, no room service, waiting for HOURS for food never to get any and then attutudes with the front desk? No thanks! Never again! Poorly run and poorly cleaned! This was not a Hilton by any means! Except of course, the price!
