“Great for a Family Vacation”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2013

We stayed in a privately owned condo for 3 days this past July, we loved it! There was plenty of space for a little guy to roam around. We appreciated the extra room to set up his pack and play. It was mostly handicap accessible. We enjoyed being able to bring home leftovers and heat them up in the privacy of the kitchen in our own room. It was beautifully decorated, more of a family environment, instead of a spring breaker party house. You could definitely tell somebody put a lot of effort into making the space family friendly.
We plan on going back in a few days. We're staying in the exact same room. :) We even heard that the jacuzzi tub had a shower head installed!!!!!! That will be wonderful for getting all the sand off.

Room Tip: We're referring to room 305 in this review.

I stay here often due to location and view. It is reasonably priced and clean. Each room is different and some are a little outdated but you can not beat the large balconies overlooking the ocean. Often one of the elevators is not working but the hotel is small enough to make a short wait if only one is working

Whenever I write a review, I generally take into account several priorities; Cleanliness, Cheerful staff, operational room facilities.

I stayed in a 2 queen bed small room facing the Pacific Ocean right on the beach (I'm sure this has much to do with the rate). The room is privately owned within the Resort, however, cleanliness, aircon, room fridge and basic self sustaining facilities were all good quality.

Staff were terrific, accommodating , informative and friendly.

I'd stay again.

Wonderful staff. Very spacious lobby for groups to visit, watch tv, play games, etc. Each room has a small kitchen with toaster oven, hot plate & microwave. The pool was nice but could use some repairs. During the day, the poolside music is loud enough to attempt to draw people up from the beach to party, eat & drink from their outdoor café. Music was way too loud for my taste, so we left the pool. We were close enough to walk to most anything you'd like to do, either on the sidewalk or down the beach. Have a good time!

Room Tip: Ask to see the room before you accept it. Each one is owned by a different person thus set up differ...

I am staying in room # 500, right now. My husband an I are in the area on business for one day, sadly we will be out of the room by 4am in the morning. We have enjoyed our room and the hotel staff greatly. The room is great, it has a fridge, microwave,spa/shower combo, stereo, dvd player, couch, great drinks, outside pool, hot tub, private balcony and big bay window with a beautiful view. we have stayed in another hotel in Daytona on business before (this year) it was a little cheaper and newer with a great view, but the atmosphere here is much more welcoming. a few things I dont like, the air conditioner is REALLY loud, I hope I am able to sleep tonight, this particular room had a pretty small bathroom, not much room for clean clothes when showering, and the room has tile floors, instead of carpet.. i dont mind this, but my husband doesnt care for the tile. over all I love this hotel, its made me look at Daytona differently, its about 9 hours from my home, and Panama City is 7 hours, but my next beach vacation will be here in Daytona, hopefully in this hotel, but a room with a quieter a/s! Kristen was very helpful during the booking process and a bartender "ran me down" with a dollar she by mistake over charged me.I almost didnt book because my room didnt have good pictures online, im in a Studio ocean front king. overall its been a short but very pleasant experience.

Great location. Obviously the place has had a lot of recent remodeling. Parked the car and left the keys in the room. We walked to alot of great spots close by. The Tiki Bar was great for lunch and drinks. Fun friendly staff. Great time and price all around.

Room Tip: We have multiple rooms and each one had a balcony that viewed the beach. Southern views were bette...

Was very nice here. I had stayed here before but my friends had not. Only thing was the pool was out of order but we got a discount. Wouldn't you know the day we left was the day the pool guys showed up. They are remodeling the rooms. Some have carpet and some have tile. Its a nice place to stay.
