Kara at the front desk was the best. She answered all my questions and was extremely polite. Her attitude and genuine kindness really sets the standard on customer service. I will come back again. Very nice and clean hotel with plenty of amenities. Right off the highway so very convenient. Parking is a little dark and could use some more lighting. Other than that well worth every penny.

In no hurry to arrive in our final destination of Miami Florida, our family decided to explore Daytona Beach. Another Rest Area was located and so were valuable coupons. Of all the hotels we stayed in to and from our destination of Miami Florida, we ranked this as our favorite. The room is so freshly decorated, clean, brightly lit, with lovely linens throughout! We arrived without reservations, but were accommodated immediately. The Front Desk night Manager was extremely courteous!

Recently stayed for one night. There was a large group checking in and even though there were two receptionists on duty, I felt we were an inconvenience and this left a bad taste. We were not made aware of any of the facilities or that there was a restaurant or bar on site. Basically we were not given any information just a room key no breakfast facilities were offered to us.

On check out the next morning I aired my view to the male receptionist on duty who asked me what he could do to rectify the situation the damage had already been done and he did not offer anything to rectify this situation.

When we returned after eating our evening meal there was a party going on no car spaces available and we had to park on the roadside. It was very noisy until late. Would definately not return to this hotel and I think reception staff could do with a refresher course.

My daughters and I, and two of our 4 legged friends had a great stay at this hotel. We were traveling from SC to FL and stopped for the night. I booked on line and was unsure if they knew I was travelling with pets, but when I arrived at the hotel and checked in, all was ready, even the special dog sheet I had to review and initial. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which I worry about when dogs are allowed. There was even a nice natural circle in front of the hotel which made a pleasant walking area. No where in the hotel smelled musty. Our room was clean and fresh and there was a thermostat control for the stand alone HVAC unit. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were great and the pillows nice and plentiful. The TV worked, no problem. The bathroom was spotless and very nicely furnished. There was a micro and fridge in the room. The restaurant was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, the chef produced spectacular food. There was only one waitstaff for the restaurant, the bar and running room service, but she performed admirably and was very congenial. I wonder about the managers who let that situation happen. There was no problem connecting to the wireless internet. I highly recommend this hotel.
