My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and it was great, will try to come back next year as well. The staff were very helpful and polite. We were amazed at how quiet the room was, couldn't hear any outside noise.

Truly the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The first room they put me in had someone else’s hair on the toilet and bath tub. The second room they put my family in had what looked to be grape juice dried on the bathroom door mixed with hair….many small hairs that were not my families noted in the shower….thick, sticky dust on the closet doors….dust over the air vents…stained bed covers…stained chairs….and what looked to be BLOOD on the curtains. What bothers me the most is I asked to speak with the manager and apparently he/she is too busy. Damien had our room cleaned and I appreciate it but his comment of “hotels by the beach are dirty...” pretty much told me the attitude of the staff. I was quick to point out that the Marriott on the beach in Ft Lauderdale, Treasure Island and many others are spotless. Some convention center….lobby was beautiful but the bathrooms were dirty...very poor set up to check in...they had to know how many people were arriving... This is a direct reflection of very poor management.

hotel emplyees were courtious and helpful. They made our stay enjoyable, the resturants were very good and our stay was excellent. The beach was a carfree area and very good. The room was pleasent and comfortable with nice amenities.

I have to say for a Hilton it is very disappointing. First, the tub in our room drained very slowly. Second, No blow dryer, and finally no microfridge or microwave. The Internet was 10.00. The room was clean, I guess I can say that. The main lobby was clean. I will never stay here again when cheaper hotels can offer more and not charge for every little thing.
