I recently stayed in a 4 bedroom poolhome with my 16 yo son. We couldn't have loved it more. Checkin was quick and easy. The home was gorgeous, spacious, and had everything we needed including extra towels, pillows and blankets in all the closets, except dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. We already expected this so stopped at the Publix right near it and got supplies and food. We couldn't have loved our own home with pool more. It was fantastic to be able to swim every morning, and night when we got back in our own pool. It was well kept and having it heated was well worth it for morning and night swimming. We made sure we saved one day to stay at the resort pool and we both had so much fun. The lazy rizer was great, my son said he floated around it 100 times. ( bring your own tubes for it) The water slide was also fun, and the big jacuzzi. I would definitely recommend Reagal Palms, especially for families, but get the pool home. It was the best part of our whole vacation! I would never stay in a hotel room again.

We just returned from a week at the Regal Palms, for the most part it was a great time. The food was great, the servers a bit slow, probably new on the job, that's cool. The pool area was nice but not conducive to old fuddy duddies like me who like to just relax in the pool sometimes. The lazy river was fine IF you could get there early enough to have a turn or two around it before the "kids of all ages" came and made it a sea of people shoving and pushing and stopping dead still, going against the current, jumping off the sides into the water. Most of the time you'd get an "oops, sorry" only to be rammed into again on the next go 'round. All in all the "pool area " was nice you just couldn't get into the pools. The condo was very nice, neat and clean, but not very well stocked, We had a 4 bedroom 31/2 bath condo, there were 4 bath towels, 2 in the master suite and 2 down stairs, none in the third full bath, 2 hand towels in the half bath and not one face cloth. No dish towels, sponges, coffee filters, dish soap or, dishwasher detergent, and only 2 drinking glasses.
There were 8 of us, 5 adults and 3 small children, sharing this condo so it was a bit hard, so we bought plastic cups and ued our own towels . The maintanence people had to be called right away, the smoke detector was broken upstairs, the chaier seats in the kitchen were not attached, which they came a corrected very promptly .
It was a nice stay, with a few minor problems . I would definately stay at The Regal Palms again, but keep in mind the things I need to bring from home.

This place was perfect! We were upgraded to a 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath upon arrival for no extra charge. It was very spacious, clean and not to far from all the main attractions. You can't find a place like this anywhere for the price. It has a full kitchen which we used. It ended up saving us alot of money on snacks and breakfast.
The pool area was the best part, my nephew gave it 5 stars. I will definitely be back.

Our family group of eight just returned from our stay at Regal Palms. We rented a 4 bedroom pool home. The house and pool area were clean and were furnished adequately. We were not provided with appropriate bedding. There were standard size pillow cases on the king size pillows so half of the pillow was not covered. That can't be sanitary since the pillows are not laundered. There were not enough pillow cases for all the beds. We were told that there would be hair dryer and alarm clocks in the rooms but there was no hair dryer and only one alarm clock. The kitchen was poorly stocked. With small children, we planned to make breakfast at the house and a dinner or two in during our stay. There were no mixing bowls and no saucepans to cook with. Our refrigerator was broken and did not stay at the appropriate temperature. We had to call 2x before service came. Even then the refrigerator was not fixed. We lost $100 in food. The toilet on the first level ran continuously and was never fixed after repeated phone calls.
The house was spacious and the pool area was wonderful for a break after a hot day at the park. We enjoyed being able to spread out in a house rather than be cramped in a small hotel room. If you pay attention to details and improve the attitude and service of your representatives, Regal Palms could be an excellent place to stay.

We stayed at the Regal Palms Resort from 4/9 thru 4/13 -- We rented a three bedroom townhouse and we had a 9 1/2 year old, 2 1/2 year old and 18 year old. When we arrived at the resort we were quickly handed five large towels at the front desk for our stay there and for use at the pool and I had requested in advance a queen size bed for my older daughter instead of a twin, we were given a four bedroom townhouse to accomodate us!! I cannot say enough good things about this resort. The people at the front desk are really trying to improve things. They also accomodated us with dish towels for the kitchen and every morning we had clean garbage bags attached to the front door of the townhouse. The unit is self maintained but they pick up the garbage from your front door every day -- almost all day except at night. There is a TERRIFIC spa and work out area at the resort which you can use till 6pm -- I cannot say enough great things about the pool area -- there is a jacuzzi which holds at least 12 - 15 people, lazy river, great slide for the kids -- I went on it at least ten times -- better than some of the slides at Splish Splash in Riverhead (I'm from Long Island, NY) --and of course, plenty of seats and outdoor speakers -- they played some bob marley and some light music -- it was wonderful just hanging out at the pool -- the bar is very nice and close to the pool -- check out the restaurant early in your stay it is definetly the best food anywhere --and no waiting for a table -- you can even eat outside overlooking the pool -- the service staff at the restaurant is very nice ---
The townhouse also was stocked with towels and washcloths and you also have your own washer/dryer. Extremely comfortable settings and very nice layout to the house -- For the money --I would have to say this is an EXTREMELY GOOD VALUE!!!! The publix next door had everything you could want --- Overall Regal Palms Resort gets a AAA+++ in my book -- thanks for the memories!!!!!
