“Nice stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2013

Hotel was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The free shuttle service to/from the airport was useful and timely. Nice pool area and lobby. Good night of sleep. Hotel has you as a captive audience for their breakfast buffet unless you have a car. The breafast buffet was good and had a nice variety. I've stayed at this hotel before and will do so again in the future when I travel to this area for another cruise.

Had to spend one night at the hotel, the location is great. It is basically a cruise hotel, 80% of the people are going or coming from cruises. The lobby and pool are great. The floors and rooms are worn out but the beds were great. I paid $145 over New Years. Not a bad rate for a perfectly acceptable hotel.

My mother and I stayed here twice before and after incoming and outgoing flights and found our rooms to be comfortable, clean, and quiet. We got a good night's sleep, used complimentary internet to print our boarding passes and used the hotel shuttle to and from the airport.

my family and I stayed here prior to our cruise, The service was excellent, the shuttle picked us up from the airport, we checked in and were hungary from the flight, they recommended a great bar to eat at and brought us to and from all complimentary. The comfort and quality of the rooms very fantastic, would definately recommend to anyone

My daughter and I stayed here for 1 night and got in at 1:30am. Shuttle from airport was prompt and receptionist was nice. We got to our room and the sink was filled with black gunk. We were too tired to switch rooms.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 27, 2012

We stayed twice at this hotel, before and after the cruise. The reason was that transportation was available. However, upon arrival, we learned that transportation was indeed available to the cruise terminal, but we'd have to arrange our own transportation back. That did work out OK. The hotel is not particularly close to anything, other than an office park and the Hilton Hotel. So, you need to take a cab everywhere (or rent a car, as we did). The hotel staff is excellent, from the front desk to the guest services to the restaurant staff. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. There is a nice little gift shop. Free internet is available in the lobby, but there is a charge to use it in your room. The breakfast buffet is inclusive of everything you'd want --- eggs, bacon, home fries, breads, cereals, fruit, juices. The dinner menu is not huge, but it does include fish, chicken, and beef. There is a charge for parking. The hotel's prices are affordable. There's an outside pool and jacuzzi. The Club Level includes a lounge but on the three occasions I visited it, I only found apples to eat. The Club Level was not maintained as well as I would have expected. On both visits, I found paper and wrappers on the floor in the hallway and these were still there when I departed.

Room Tip: Odd numbered rooms on the higher floors have a great view of the port, city, and airport.

Got the room via Priceline, good thing about this hotel -location-it's close to the airport and beaches. However, the deluxe room was very poor maintained, maybe because it's old. The water in the sink and bathtub took forever to go down, it's gross. And the staff were not friendly/professional. I was expecting a three star hotel/with service, but this one only got one with my review. I would not recommend this to anyone, we couldn't wait to leave. BTW, the internet is very slow ($9.95 for 24 hours) and parking is $16/day.
