This was our first stay in Dania and what a great surprise it was. The facilities are clean well taken care of and provide plenty of amenities. The pool is good size and immaculate at all times.
The best part of the place is the people from your hosts Joe and Jack to the guests who are there from all over the world. We have never stayed at a place that was so social and relaxing. There was an impromptu happy hour every afternoon with every one in the complex contributing cocktails or appetizers. This place is great for those who enjoy access to the scene and bars but appreciate a retreat

My previous apartment didn't work out so we chose to stay a few months at Liberty Suites. Owners are very nice, the pool area was very lush and tropical. Our apartment was an efficiency-style with combined bedroom/living room and a separate kitchen area stocked with any and every pot or pan or appliance we needed. Convemient to a Publix grocery store and a 7-11 for late-night needs, too.

We stayed here for a week because my friend had surgery at a nearby hospital. They were very welcoming of our entire group, which included people of differing sexual orientations (including heterosexual) and gender identities. The owners are great and will help you out with anything you need. I really felt like we got to see the best side of Dania Beach because everyone staying there was so friendly and let us in on the best places to go eat and visit. It really was like having a little family for a week that showed us around their town. It was a fun place with lots of things going on, but my friend had no problem recovering in peace. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone, as long as you're okay with the clothing optional pool, as that does normally get used. Along with the pool, we had a full kitchen, stocked with everything we could possibly ever need and laundry facilities. It really was the perfect place to stay and I hope we can make a trip back.

We were here last year for 3 weeks after a bad stay at Blue Dolphin in Fort Lauderdale and so we called Joe here at Liberty Suites and he gave us a great deal, we left the Blue Dolphin 3 weeks early and got stuck with the balance of the bill because its clearly states NO REFUNDS. That was a DUMP. We came here and was treated like family,our room was great the location is great and the guests were great.

We have returned this year again for 3 weeks Jan 10-2011 and have had a great time since wish we could stay longer,Joe and Jack are simply great guys and make you fell at home.I dont know of anything more a person would want. We have stayed at other places in Fort Lauderdale but never had this feeling of family like we do here
