We stayed here October 27th, 2012 for one night before a cruise. We will not stay here again. Sheets were dingy and looked stained, pillows were terrible, no volume. Halls had places were base boards were missing. This property is not taken care of. Pool looked so dirty wouldn't dare get in it. It is convenient to restuarants and grocery store. They just started charging for shuttle to cruise port, used to be free.

We experienced a mixup between the parent Choice Hotels and this local hotel, consequently my boyfriend was not allowed to check in for our reservation (even though I discussed this in advance with Choice Hotels and was assured that there would be no issue). I was trying to help resolve the issue, and the person working the front desk refused to speak with me on the phone. I contacted Choice Hotels to figure out a solution since I would be charged for the night even if no one ended up checking in for the reservation. 1 1/2 hours later they came up with a solution and he was allowed to check in. They are undergoing renovations, but that is no excuse for a moldy bathtub and a disgusting rubber bathmat that appeared to be from the 1970s. Get your act together, Sleep Inn, before you ruin anyone else's vacation.

The Sleep Inn, Ft. Lauerdale, was a perfect place for me to stay the night before my cruise vacation. They picked me up at the airport and then suggested places to eat and directed me to both groceriy stores an drug shops for things that I had forgot to bring with me for my cruise. The breakfast was adequate and well prepared. The room was well kept and clean and comfortable. The next morning trnasportation to the ship was fast and courteous. I would definetly stay here again. And, i am planning on doing so in Dec. 13, for my next cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.

We stayed for 2 nights in room 219, last 2 nights of 8 weeks 28th/29th OCT, so we wanted to go home. Big rooms, clean, quiet location, but not much sundproofing from next door. Price was good and staff friendly. New carpets right through. Microwave that was handy to reheat the leftover Chinese (kept in the fridge) from night one (it's across the road). Beds were a bit hard for us .An OK hotel
