This was our second vist to Crackers with freinds who live in nearby Inverness. the location on the water makes for a great atmosphere. When we arrived they said it was a twenty-minute wailt for an outside table on the deck, but they could give us a picnic table on the patio. We found this just as good for the view although some flies were a bother. Service was friendly and quick enough though not necessarily attentive. Because their portions are large, we ordered from the appetizer menu. My wife had Canadian mussels which were great, not a bit chewy. I had a catfish basket which was enough for a full meal. Delicious, but I should have ordered grilled or blackened instead of fried, but that's my problem and I should have known better. Our friends ordered a Caesar's sald with scallops and a salmon sandwich. There were OK, though they weren't as happy with those selections. Since we had been at a local manatee park it was a late lunch that served as an early dinner. Good value for the money.
