This is what I would call a hole in the wall, but we enjoyed the food and the experience. It is in a strip mall and when we first saw it we wondered if we really wanted to go in, but we had seen some good reviews so decided to have lunch. It was pretty small, so it was quieter than most places. It was decorated in authentic Mexican items and looked like something I would have eaten in when I was a kid in New Mexico. The service was average, but friendly and seemed to be a family run restaurant. I had chicken fajitas that were very good. Well seasoned and had lots of peppers and onions on a sizzling cast iron plate with all the fixings. I would definitely order them again. They come in lunch portion which were a bit cheaper and in a dinner portion. I had the lunch and it was plenty for one. My wife had a combination plate with a taco, enchilada and relleno that she really enjoyed. Big plate of food! Beer is cheap and the coldest we've had in a long time! Homemade desserts were very reasonably priced, but we were too full to sample. Even though this place is quite a ways from where we live, we will make an effort to return!
