Stayed three days Feb. 2013. Phone rings 10-15 times then maybe answered on multiple occasions. Front desk staff lack training, seemed confused. Not a five star hotel. Good food, pretty old hotel.

Brunch: their brunch on Sundays is the best and the most expensive I have ever been to. It cost $85 per person. This price includes as many mimosas, champagne, bloody Mary's you can drink and they were very good quality and our waitr kept refilling them constantly! They have an amazing food selection that includes, several types of caviar, lobster ceviche, sushi, crablegs...they have several stations with pasta, prime rib, pork roast, breakfast station....they also have an entire room with desserts. It's open until 4 pm and you should make a reservation, don't think that because it's expensive you will find a table at the last minute. American coffee and tea are also included it.

I love the Sunday brunch at the Biltmore and always take visitors from out of town, The pool is gorgeous!
Beautiful architecture, great food, beautiful pools. Just a wonderful atmosphere. Their breakfast buffet is truly delicious
The Biltmore is a beautiful place. You stand on the sidewalk and you can't help, but stare at this beautiful building in the middle of a neighborhood. It is amazing. The pool is magnificent and the restaurants expensive, but good.
