Description: One of the few remaining Miami locales offering traditional English afternoon tea, the Biltmore is arguably the most elegant venue, with its soaring vaulted ceiling, magnificent lobby and majestically mantled fireplace. The refreshing repast is served daily and is complemented with and elegant harp weekdays and music of an accomplished classical guitarist on the weekends. During the holiday season guests can expect themed pastries.Reservations are recommended.

“Food and service are great”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2013

The food was very plentiful, well prepared, artfully served, but, it is expensive. Expect it if you eat there.

“Luxury with misery”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2013

The historic building is beautiful
The restaurants are overrated
The food is a arête at best,
The staff look like they are on training
(Some are lost, some are rude, some they don't remember what they told you a minute ago)
Not even close to any five stars hotel that I experienced before in Miami or south beach
Third world experience at best
Needs new management , pay staff more or teach them ABC of hotel business

“Excellent service, and very good food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 3, 2013

The food was somewhat ordinary for the price, but still tasty. Had a fantastic server, and it seemed that the entire staff was friendly, well trained, and efficient.

“One if the very best Sunday champaign brunches in the world!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2012 via mobile

Endless options to consider with omelette, sushi, pasta, carving stations and much more, not to mention an excellent live guitarist playing mainly Flamenco. It was perfect!

“Disappointed”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 20, 2012

We had lunch here a few days ago and marveled at the beautiful setting this restaurant enjoys, Palm Trees, Fountains and the tower of the Biltmore over looking the venue, pretty nice.Started with an order of Stone Crabs, three average size claws served with a mustard sauce. The Crabs were not fresh because they had little taste and the texture of the meat suggested they had not been well taken care of or had been frozen--$38 bucks, not worth it. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive except once our lunch arrived she did not return to ask how everything was. My wife had the Tuna Carpaccio which she enjoyed, our guest had the Papparadelle which he enoyed and I had the Panino Con Porchetta which was a generous sandwich with moist pork and carmalized onions. Not mentioned on the menu was that this item was cooked with an overly generous use of Rosemary, ruined the whole dam sandwich, no need for all these herbs in good quality food. We would most likely not return, it wasn't that good for the money and I cant deal with an herbed up Chef!
