Su Shin is a great little place. The food is genuine, unadulterated Tokyo Shibuya-style neighborhood preparation. There are typically a dozen or so daily specials on the wall, you order by number if your Japanese is rusty, and they are invariably delicious. They have sushi too, but the best things are usually cooked specials. There are usually a couple of en papillote options, which are delightful, delectable and not to be missed. One frequent option is a melange of three mushrooms types with scallops, which is worth the trip all by itself.
