Having been to several other Flemings steak houses throughout the country, I anticipated a great dinner and wasn't disappointed. We made reservations for Sunday night as Sundays' are the only night they serve their four course prime rib special and it makes the relatively expensive restaurant much more reasonable.

We were immediately greeted and offered the opportunity to sit almost anywhere we chose as the place was practically empty. (Probably because it was just prior to the end of the second quarter of the super bowl) We sat in the bar as to be able to watch some of the game. (ok, who am I kidding, we wanted to see the half time show and comercials) Our service was perfectly attentive without being hovering. The waiter never flinched when my dining companion and I ordered the prime rib special to share with one additional salad. The cesaer salad, bread, prime rib, mashed potatoes and carrot cake were all fantastic. With one coffee and a soda pop our tab out the door including tax and tip was $52. An excellent meal, with excellent service at a more than fair price.

Happy Hours at Flemings are marvelous, excellent food and drinks with unbelievable prices at the bar, they have special selection of drinks and food, they call it 5 for 6, meaning 5 different drinks for $6.oo and 5 excellent selection in their menu for only $6.00. The service and atmosphere is great. I love to ho there. I highly recommend this place.

When you get there the easiest thing is to valet park for $8 or there is a parking garage next to the restaurant but its $10 on weekends or you may find street parking but you will need a pocket full of quarters . When we walked in the restaurant it has a beautiful classic look, lots of cherry wood, very fancy. They have a great selection of wine and they provide you a tablet with an application of their wines list which you can narrow down the selection based on different criteria. Then you can click on a wine to get more information on it. On most wines, the price of 4 glasses was the price to get the bottle, so at 2 glasses per person it just makes sense get the bottle. As for the steak, we got the Filet Mignon. Wow! This is one of the best steaks, if not the best steak, that we have had and we have been to several other steak houses. It was worth every penny. We got the loaded baked potato; the butter, sour cream, cheese, and bacon come in small individual bowls. The bacon was fresh and chopped nicely into small bits. The baked potato was delicious! For the desert, the waitress insisted that we try the Chocolate Lava Cake, it was the perfect desert to share and end the meal. Afterwards, we decided to go for a walk since its such a beautiful area. When we got back from our walk, we picked up the car from valet with no hassle. Overall, the service was great, the food was outstanding, we are definitely going back.

We had dinner a few weeks ago and we were pampered, the service was excellent. Our waitress was very knowledgable, they didnt have a drink we requested and she compensated by bringing us a creative creation which was excellent. The appetizers and our entree which was filet mignon was amazing. The manager and one of the partners passed by several times to make sure everything was up to par. We also we were given a $25 gift certificate to use on our next dinner due to having a pre-birthday celebration. Please allow room for dessert, they have the most amazing chocolate cake with pistacchio ice cream, believe me you wont regret it!
