I LOVE Miss Saignon and have been a huge fan for years! It's family owned an operated and the Pho Ga tastes just like it did in Hanoi (I was there in 2001). However, this Miss Saigon location has disappointed me the last several visits. The staff here is lazy and even when they aren't busy, it takes forever to order, to get refills on drinks and to ask for a togo box or even order coffee. During my last visit, it was a Sunday night and there was only one other table besides ours. The staff ignored us after bringing the food and when I went to the bathroom they were hanging out in the back and texting rather than paying attention to customers. I will make the drive to the Pinecrest location before returning to this one. The owner's sons are much more attentive and friendly there.

Miss Saigon Bistro is conveniently located in the center of Coral Gables and has great service and food. Our visit was with six people, each having a rice, noodle or soup-based dinner of chicken or beef. Great all-season appetizer: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter rolls with veggie tray and sauces. Hostess and servers were knowledgeable and very helpful. Entire dinner (no alcoholic drinks) for six: $148. I'll go there again.

A Little place between two restaurants that never seem to be as Miss Saigon was home to some of the best food I ever had. It was a surprise that was unexpected in the Coral Gables area where I thought all I could eat was pizza and pasta. The service was great... the owner took a personal interest and explained all of the vegetarian options. And the sizes were huge... without an appetizer one portion was more than enough for me and my wife. Prices were affordable and the service was fast. I cannot wait to go back and try the soup.
