What was that butter or cream something formange or whatever we all gobbled up the bread with the spread. I just thought some of the stuff had too much twigs or spice. The steaks were not juicy they were medium rare as I asked but not a bleeder and the outer part of the steak where it showed that it was toasted was dried out and splintered. So the flavor was pretty good except I don't like too much wine cooking. The wild mushroom appetizer was fantastic. I would think about my selection next time.
