After 26 years visiting Florida we found this hotel. Stunning even though meals were pricey. However if you drive you can easily find fast food places within easy reach. Our only advice is to provide more than one seat in rooms and tea coffee making facilities both in rooms and lobby. Free parking and free wifi was a blessing. Booked superior kingsize room with balcony. Given 14th floor tower room with balcony from bathroom. Superb views over golf course and the most amazing big pool we have ever seen. House keeping was brilliant with turn down service free. Would definitely come back again. View images to appreciate this hotel.

I live in Miami and frequent The Biltmore on many joyous occasions however, My Condo was being worked on over the forth of July. Much to my great surprise I had no idea what a "Main Event" The Biltmore plans for our countries Independence day! I was so overjoyed I booked my room for July 4th 2016.
A must anytime though..........

Room Tip: Honestly, I've stayed on most floors. I do always ask to be away from the elevator...

The Biltmore is historic, the property is well maintained. The staff is very interested in your comfort. The junior suite was large and comfortable. The restaurant, the bar, pool are great. They have golf, a kid's club, a spa. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Room Tip: Junior suites are a nice upgrade

I took my daughter to the Biltmore for her birthday weekend. When I made the reservation, I was asked if I was going for a special occasion, so I told them of her birthday and assumed she would get acknowledged. We usually spend her birthday at the Ritz Carlton and they always acknowledge her. At the Biltmore, there was nothing. Well then, why ask? Anyway, moving on... The room was nice but could use refreshing. The furniture was a bit dated and the bathroom had pealing paint. Towels and robes were thin and worn. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and the room was dark and quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the spa is fantastic.

Hats off to Steve Mas. We were in the Biltmore in several times.
Everytime we ran into him he always asked if everything was ok with our stay. My Granddaughter had surgery at nearby Childrens Hospital and Steve always showed his concern. He even remembered my name. It's nice to know that there is someone in management that is really genuine.

The property is absolutely beautiful, the room service was good, the bed was comfy and my views were spectacular.

However, the room could use some freshening up. The wall coming in, is in need of serious repair with a chunk of wall missing, the walls are disgusting and needs to be repainted and not just touched up....you can see all the touch ups.

There was no desk for me to sit at...I'm in Miami for business and didn't have a place to setup my computer.

The room service gentleman tried to pull out the top drawer of the entertainment center since it's suppose to be a table...but it's screwed shut, so it can't be pulled out. I had to eat my dinner on a small side table.

For those that always ask, there is no microwave, fridge or COFFEE POT in the room. There is a nice selection of treats and drinks to choose from the mini bar, but as you know there is a huge premium price.

Overall, it's very nice, clean and super quite. But if your looking for specific in-room amenities as a business person, you might want to stay somewhere else.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. I've stayed there about 5 times in the last 2 years. The rooms are showing signs of wear. My most recent visit included an infestation of some sort of small bugs with wings. Mgmt offered me a new room but nothing else. Hotel is quite empty in summer, out of season. You'd have thought they would have given me a nicer room after the bugs, but Nope. Same view, same size. My colleague travelled with me and received a complimentary fruit platter, chocolates on the pillow, and a balcony!! It was pretty funny, that different different treatment within the same group. Since we were booked together by our secretary they certainly knew we could easily compare notes. One has to wonder if they have some screws loose there. But certainly it was laughable. Staff all seemed very pleasant. We used a conference room and I'll say that you have to make sure you follow up pretty likely with them. They had trouble getting out prepaid wifi pass and did not provide beverages for our luncheon. There's no coffeemaker in the rooms so make sure you order that to your room in the morning. Robes, slippers and umbrella provided in closet. Fontana restaurant very nice. Breakfast buffet very good. No soda machines or lobby store (just a high end gift shop with minimum of sundries). Gym is decent. Didn't try spa.
