“Beautiful hotel”

What I like: the free parking and self parking that is convenient. The good staff. The wonderful rooms. The great swimming pool. The lovely surrounding neighborhood.
What I did not like: kind of hard to find nearby conveniences, even finding a place to purchase gasoline is a bit of a chore. There are no nearby convenience stores, gas stations, etc. Also the drive to the hotel like other major cities, you have to drive through some places that are unattractive to reach the destination.
Service is top notch along with the amenities, and place is strikingly beautiful, including surrounding residential area.
This is my second stay here, I expect and hope it will not be my last.

The hotel looks lovely and the rooms are very nice however if you are traveling with young children or are a light sleeper sleeping under a bridge next to a major highway would be a better option. Paper thin walls resulted in my 18 month old not sleeping for three days straight. Not worth the price.

We love staying at the Biltmore. It is strikingly beautiful. The service is top-notch including turn-down service with fluffy robes and slippers. Our only issue this time was poolside. The area was so crowded that we were unable to order lunch. We were told the kitchen was closed and we couldn't order at all. My husband had to leave and go pick up pizza. I was surprised considering the level of service we were accustomed to.

Room Tip: Rooms on the 2nd floor are only accessible via stairs.

Remembering our years in England we like to spend a couple of hours having tea at the Biltmore. It is a treat with the tables fully decked, beautiful surroundings and great service. A lady is playing beautiful music on a harp while we take delight in our tea, small sandwiches and best of all scones with clotted cream and jam. Can't wait to go back and our thanks to Amparo and Wilson for the great service.

Overall nice facility with very good service levels.Ive been ther twice in the last 6 weeks and enjoyed massages from Yuri and Adrian and both were outstanding.I'm an avid spa goer so a rating of 5 has to really be earned.Lunch at Fontana was also delightful as the courtyard setting makes you feel like you're on a European holiday.

Step back in time and enjoy the wonderful character of the hotel that is updated for the present . It is as if time had not passed from it's early days of the 1920's. All of the charm has been preserved from the marble and fine wood carvings. There are two bird cages with little finch fluttering. There are photographs throughout the hotel illustrating the history of the hotel. Take time to view. One of our disappointments, and it was our fault. We missed the weekly tour that is given. When you check in be sure to check the activity calendar and try and take this tour. All of the staff were very friendly, interested and extended themselves to make you feel welcome. We used the services of the concierge and they all need a shout out for all of their great help, especially Robert. When we arrived it was well before check in, but we were more than pooped having a terrible red eye into Florida. We were given a choice of waiting for the room intended for us that would have had a pool and golf course view or opting for a ready room. We opted for a room right then and it was lovely overlooking the front fountain and lovely neighborhood. It was on the second floor and reached via a staircase that was a joy to use. Must say the elevator for those that used it felt and probably was a service elevator, but not real distraction would stay in our room again when we return and hope we do! We had a suite which had two flat screen TV's (quirk of the room is that the TV's are back to back so at times when you turned one off thee other went on...At first we were sure the room was haunted...just kidding) a sitting area and was, as others describe light and airy. The amenities were very nice as was the bedding. There are robes, slippers. The room was quite and bed comfortable I would have enjoyed having a coffee maker that I have enjoyed at other recent stays at other hotels. The bathroom was very roomy and updated without loosing its charm. The maid service was also excellent.The store was very nicely merchandised, even bought a stylish hat. Monique needs a shout out she was great. The pool was very comfortable and there is service around the pool for cocktails and eats. We had lunch at the pool and found the food fresh and yummy. Cocktails were also fresh in thought and ingredients. There are two very comfortable bars with old style club feeling. There is also a car evaluable for the hotel guests. There was never a situation when the car was not available , but best to reserve. There is also a very well equipped gym. We enjoyed their Sunday Brunch...reservations a must. We sat in the outside court adjacent to a wonderful fountain. There was an excellent guitarist The service again was excellent. Now be prepared this is not a "buffet" this is fine dining experience with tables surrounding the court yard chocked with yummy fresh well prepared foods of all varieties to select from including breakfast faire of egg dishes, oysters, crab, caviar, sushi, prime meats, ceviche, fruits and oh yes deserts that went on for ever. With all of the fine food it was hard to remember to leave a little room for the desserts. Now this does come with a price, not inexpensive but worth it. Ok. you have heard all of the good. I must say that there were complaints made about some of the banquet service and that is a shame.

We attended a wedding at this beautiful, historic resort. Definitely explore the hallowed halls and grounds if you visit. The hotel is quite lovely. Food and drink was great for the wedding dinner and the next day buffet brunch. We loved lounging by the huge pool.
