We really enjoyed our stay.Very spacious rooms,clean and loved the lounge on site.Seemed like a little community!! Ahh the beach.Volley ball net and shuffle board outside was a very unique surprise.Breakfast was great,Staff was very informative and pleasant.

We booked this room for the Park/Cruise package. I have never been so disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of a room. I am shocked and bewildered by the positive reviews. We booked a "suite", it it was NOT sweet! It was filthy, grime on the doors, counters, shower. It obviously hasn't been updated in years. I felt like I had walked into the 90's and the grime from the 90's guests was still there. We were so disappointed with the room we made other arrangements on our return from our cruise.

Offering the convenience of a Park/Cruise package made this place the ideal location for our cruise headquarters in Cocoa Beach. It is convenient to the Port, local restaurants, the Cocoa Beach Pier and souvenir shops

They offer a solid breakfast in a huge meeting size room in the morning with good service desk performance unless they get a tour bus when they get a little frayed around the edges. We were traveling with another couple who had to wait for over 3 hours for a room to be prepared due to a tour group.

All in all, a great value.

Would come back again! Clean rooms. Great staff. Lounge on property. Walk to cocoa beach. Awesome shower! Nice rooms in tower with balcony! Even a sitting area in room. Hear the ocean from balcony! Very clean neighborhood! Palm and banana trees! Pool hot tub play area for kids. Fish pond too! Oh and game room!!
