We stayed for 1 night and it was fine. Hotel is in convenient location for beach, grocery stores, restaurants, Ron Jon, Space Center, Port Canaveral. Rooms were clean, though dated. The pool area is nice, parking is adequate, staff was pleasant enough. Lobby smells like smoke but our non-smoking room was fine. Wouldn't stay longer than a night or 2 or if we were planning to spend time at the hotel but ok for overnight stay. Staff at free breakfast was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Food was ok.

Our family of 5 stayed here in Dec 2012 before and after our 7nt Disney E Carib cruise. The rooms were dated (particularly the carpets and the noisy heaters), but adequate for a 1 night stay. The hotel was quiet and the sushi restaurant in the lobby area was fantastic. Lobby staff were helpful and helped to make sure we had our shuttle to and from Port Canaveral to catch our cruise. The breakfast items were bagels, muffins, scrambled eggs, waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, adequate for our family. Nothing was within walking distance so I will likely stay somewhere else when visiting Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral.

Tried to check into this hotel on Thursday night, February 8. Could not park because the lot was completely full with patrons of the on property sports bar. Drunks swinging beer from bottles staggering through the parking lot. Had to go find another hotel after driving 10 hours. Lady at desk was nice, but there was nothing she could do to fix the issues. Never saw hotel rooms, but the lobby was dingy. Not up to standards of other La Quinta hotels I've stated in.

Good location for Kennedy Space Centre. We stayed one night en route for the Keys. We would have rated this higher but the room we stayed in was musty which affected one of us who has asthma. We did tell the reception about the room but wasn't offered another. The pool was warm and clean and the self service breakfast was adequate. A good cost-effective stopover.
