We just returned from our vacation to Cocoa Beach and had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from our balcony and watched the sunsets at night. The room was clean and comfortable including the bathroom. There was a fridge and microwave which we used to heat up dinner leftovers, saving money we would have spent on lunch the next day. We used the pool at night and found it to be clean and refreshing. The beach is nice, not too crowded, and an easy walk from the hotel. The breakfast area was spacious with the usual Hampton Inn fare. In the eveings families used the tables there to eat take-out or play cards. The lobby has 2 computers for guests to use to check email or find directions, check out local attractions, etc. There was hot water and coffee available 24/7 and in the afternoons there were cookies at the front desk.
Adjacent to the hotel is a Courtyard which has a full service restaurant. We ate there twice and were able to charge it to our room at the Hampton.
This hotel was ideal as a base for a trip to Kennedy Space Center. It also looks perfect for cruisers departing from Port Canaveral. The Sunset Waterfront Cafe and Bar on route 520 is a great place to have dinner while watching the sunset. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying at Cocoa Beach.

Just returned from 3 nights at the Hampton Inn on Cocoa Beach. We reserved an Ocean view room with King size bed. The room was clean and large and the view was great! The hotel is not actually on the beach but there is a designated walk way and takes only a couple of minutes. We were carrying body boards and wetsuits and the walk was no problem at all. The hotel rate includes a very good hot breakfast and free internet access. The pool was clean and warm. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We would definately return.

“Perfect for pre cruise stay”

We spent two nights here before our cruise. We had connecting rooms 109 and 110. At first I was alittle hesitant about being on the first floor, but we had a patio and were able to come and go to the pool and beach without walking through the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at the Hampton Inn at Cocoa Beach, FL for 2 years now. It is a newer, clean and beautiful facility with friendly, helpful staff. A short walk from the beach and a short drive to Kennedy Space Center, etc. Great views of the ocean and the Banana River. Every room has a balcony to relax on. Nice pool - great breakfast buffet. We really appreciated the courteous, helpful staff when one of our party became ill on our last trip. We hope to return here in the future.

The Hampton Inn at Cocoa Beach is a cruisers dream. We have been guest at the hotel for years. We have never had a bad experience. The hotel is clean and the rooms are typical of a Hampton Inn. The bed spreads are rather dated but the linens and towels are not worn. I wish that they would update their mattresses like many chains are doing. The beds are not bad but typical.
The staff has always been accomodating. If you are cruising you can leave your car with them and take a shuttle to the cruise port. The shuttle cost for a group of 4 is still a lot less than parking at the pier.
The pool area was clean, the buffet breakfast was pretty good. The hot things were hot and cold things cold. The beach is a short walk from the hotel, this is good for short term stays and beach holidays. We've stayed at another chain hotel in Cocoa Beach thinking that more expensive would be nicer and we were all wishing that we were back at the Hampton Inn.
