We loved this hotel! Mark at the front desk was amazing. We were nervous about the hotel at first. We figured with the cheap price, it was too good to be true. But it wasn't. Mark went above and beyond from the start to make sure we had the best available room, made sure we had all resort info, and really made us feel welcome and like he was there for our every need. The resort had everything we needed. Anything we called for, the staff took care of it promptly. The rooms were very clean, pool was heated and clean, the restaraunts had great food and were resonably priced. Mambos had the best fish tacos! And our bartender Alley was wonderful. Super friendly and attentive. Our only suggestion would be to have bigger pool towels. They were incredibly small lol. Over all we had a great time and will be back again!
